If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to one day’s rental cost.

CREDIT CARD:
– A hold will be placed on the credit card for the value of the deductible of the selected vehicle group. This hold will be released once the contract is finalized, provided the vehicle is returned on time, at the agreed location, and in the agreed condition.
– If SCDW (zero-deductible insurance) is purchased, a credit card in the driver’s name is required, but no hold will be placed.

FUEL POLICY:
– At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If not, the cost of the consumed fuel will be charged.
– At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.

– Delivery at the airport from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM: €10
– Delivery from 8:01 PM to 11:00 PM: €25

CANCELLATION POLICY:
